Dear Family, Friends, Clients, and Fellow Truth-Seekers,
This one is straight from the heart.
Life took an unexpected detour this past year when my husband underwent an amputation, and our family hit pause to adjust to a brand-new way of living. It’s been a season of survival, stretching, and surrender—but also one of deep spiritual growth and renewed vision.
This man is truly inspiring—resilient, humble, and full of grit. Anyone who knows him is better for it, and I count myself unbelievably blessed to walk through life by his side as his wife.

Reconnecting his mind and body
Walking 9 months after his above the knee amputation, if anyone asks the badger finally got it!
Now that we’re finding our rhythm (and figuring out where all the new wheelchair-friendly corners are), I’m back and more passionate than ever about helping other treasure hunters—people like you—unearth those elusive answers hiding in the tangled jungle of health, emotions, and faith.
Not only has my husband been on a journey but I am also on my own. Allow me to share my private journey as I dive into my holistic MS/Lyme journey with in-depth education and experience. If you’re ready to hold hands and skip (or stumble with style) toward physical, emotional, and spiritual freedom, you’ve found your people. Let’s dig up your answers—and have a few good laughs along the way.
My husband’s healing has also been my own—a shared journey that’s shaped and strengthened us both.

My husband’s health is being renewed—an answered prayer I didn’t expect to come through the loss of a limb. Yet in the midst of that hardship, healing has come. He’s now off 98% of his medications, including his CPAP, and we’re witnessing restoration in ways we never imagined.
With all of this in mind and after a lot of thought (and a few too many algorithm battles), I’ve made the decision to step away from Facebook posting. It’s not a goodbye—it’s a coming home. From now on, my insights, tools, and client support will be shared directly through my website. Why? Because you deserve more than a distracted scroll and a buried post.

Our dapper Asher has been a steady source of healing for our whole family through all these changes.
You deserve one place where you can come to breathe, learn, grow, and find resources that nourish body, mind, and soul.
This shift isn’t about shrinking back. It’s about going deeper. My goal has always been to serve with purpose and clarity—and to do that, I need to create a space that isn’t filtered through social media noise. A space that’s organized, searchable, beautiful, and intentional. A space just for you.
Here’s what you can expect on the blog:
- Wellness insights that go beyond the surface
- Practical tools for healing and wholeness
- Honest conversations about disability, motherhood, faith, and living outside the box
- Printable resources, devotionals, and how-to guides
- Stories that make you laugh, cry, and feel a little less alone
If you’ve followed my journey on Facebook, I want to thank you—truly. Your support has meant the world. And I’d be honored if you’d walk with me into this next chapter. Bookmark the page, subscribe if you’d like, and come visit often. I will also be working to get my eBook into print, in between finishing another degree, taking care of my family and running my practice!
The truth is still the same. I’m just changing how I deliver it.
Because you’re worth the extra effort.
Because I’m building something that lasts.
Because healing deserves a home.
With love and relentless hope,
Melanie Long-Azary
